Beyond dentistry, Dr. Narendra Hiralal Kale has dedicated his life to social, educational, and cultural development. His leadership spans rural education, youth development, civic administration, and community service. Through these diverse roles, he reflects a clear vision of uplifting society through service, inclusivity, and empowerment.
As Secretary of Shri Baneshwar Shikshan Sanstha, Bansarola (Tq. Kaij, Dist. Beed), Dr. Kale has played a pivotal role in transforming rural education. Established in 1960, the institution now manages four Secondary Schools, one Junior College, and three Hostels for Scheduled Caste students. With more than one lakh students having graduated from the institution, his commitment to providing quality education and opportunities to rural youth is evident.
He is also the Founder Secretary of Narayandada Kaldate Smruti Pratishthan, Ambajogai (Dist. Beed), which provides financial assistance to underprivileged students for higher education. Till now, seventy-one students have received support amounting to ₹44,10,000. Similarly, as the Founder Secretary of Kshitij Pratishthan, Ambajogai, he continues to expand his contribution by running Primary and Secondary Schools while also working in the wider field of social welfare.
Furthering his commitment to cultural and regional development, Dr. Kale serves as the Secretary of Yashwantrao Chavan Center, Beed District Branch, a part of the larger Mumbai-based organization dedicated to cultural and social initiatives across Maharashtra. He also leads as the President of Marathwada Janta Vikas Parishad (Ambajogai Branch), where he drives initiatives focused on regional development and addressing social issues in Marathwada.
His association with several respected institutions reflects his deep involvement in community life. He is a lifetime member of Marathwada Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Aurangabad (the largest educational organization in the region), Marathwada Sahitya Parishad, Maharashtra Pakshi Mitra (Bird Conservation Society), Bapu-Sudha Kaldate Pratishthan, Aurangabad, and the Indian Dental Association.
In the sphere of civic and youth leadership, Dr. Kale has contributed significantly. As a Member of the Municipal Council, Ambajogai, he served two terms from June 2010 to December 2011 and January 2012 to December 2017, playing an active role in urban development and civic governance. Additionally, as the President of the Rotaract Club of Ambajogai, he worked towards building youth leadership, strengthening community service, and creating a lasting social impact.
